Success with “One in a Million”

Through ADTA, its members and this website, clients can find representation in their local area or a city of which they are not familiar. Because the Association only permits one prime member per one million population for each city, town or municipality, an ADTA member is truly "one in a million". To promote and advocate diversity, to create an atmosphere of total inclusion in the membership, leadership, speaking opportunities, and for all activities and functions of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.

Equal Justice Statement

The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys is an organization dedicated to the pursuit of civil justice.  As attorneys, it is our moral and professional responsibility to fight against injustice.  We acknowledge our obligation to help to bring equity to our communities, to lead, and ensure that our justice system treats all people with dignity and respect, regardless of the color of their skin.

The ADTA condemns racism in all its forms.  We are outraged by the senseless death of George Floyd at the hands of those who are sworn to uphold the law.  We support the right of people to peacefully protest against racial injustice in cities around the world.

As an organization, we pledge to fight for fairness, decency, and equality.  We also reaffirm our commitment to identify and remove barriers to full and equal justice for our fellow citizens.
