John's practice focuses on defense of personal injury claims for various insurers primarily in Vermont but also in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. John has been practicing law since 1991. Over the years, John has tried many cases to verdict and has been lead counsel for many appeals to the Vermont Supreme Court. John is an Advocate Member (in excess of 50 cases tried to verdict) of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) and holds an A-V rating (highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards) from Martindale-Hubbell. John volunteers his time as acting small claims court judge in his home county.
