Practice and Personal Background
Lori practices primarily in the areas of general tort defense, business and commercial litigation, governmental liability and product liability. She also handles family law cases, including divorce, legal separation, paternity and orders of protection. She was previously an equity partner with a large regional law firm, departing in 2008 to start her own law firm which celebrated its 11th anniversary on March 1, 2019. Lori currently serves as President of the ADTA. She is a board member of DRI and a former board member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association, having served as its President in 2005-2006, and the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association. She is also a member of FDCC. Lori is a past recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal Forty Under Forty Award.
