Practice and Personal Background

I have been a trial attorney since 1990. My focus has been on defending companies and individuals who have been sued as a result of negligence or intentional torts. In addition to tort defense, my practice has also included defending nursing home malpractice and construction defect cases. I am actively involved in the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, serving presently as Secretary. I am also a member of the D.C. Defense Lawyers Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Womens' Attorneys' Association.
