Ron Polly is a seasoned first-chair trial attorney with over three decades of experience, representing clients in more than 500 labor and employment matters, including over 50 class and collective action lawsuits. As lead counsel in more than 100 lawsuits and arbitrations, he has expertise in employment discrimination, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and business torts, including complex class actions. Known for his tactical courtroom skills and strategic counsel, Ron advises Fortune 500 companies, public entities, and private businesses on minimizing litigation risks, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, union organizing, and internal investigations.
