I have an insurance defense litigation practice with the occasional plaintiff’s case thrown in the mix. Over thirty-four years of practice my case experience has involved everything from the simple auto accident and personal injury case to cases in the areas of construction, product liability, medical malpractice, defamation, employment law, and the defense of governmental entities. I am certified as an authorized mediator of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution. Besides the ADTA, I am a member of the Iowa Bar Association, Iowa Defense Counsel Association (board member), Defense Research Institute, and Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
