Bruce is a technology-oriented trial lawyer with a national practice. He has litigated matters in 20 states and Canada and has substantial experience handling business, insurance, and environmental litigation, as well as the defense of high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also handles a variety of insurance coverage matters and risk management issues, ranging from coverage opinions and analyses to all types of coverage litigation. A high premium is placed on providing excellent client satisfaction, problem solving, and preemptive legal work. Bruce is a Past President of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, served on the Board of Directors of DRI, and was a faculty member at the 2014 IADC Trial Academy at Stanford Law School.
