Practice and Personal Background
I have significant trial experience in medical liability and health care related litigations, as well as products liability, environmental and employer/premises liability defense. I have handled class actions involving water contamination, mass tort cases arising from claims of negligent credentialing against hospitals and class actions over medical records charges. I am a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. I am the chair of Jackson Kelly PLLC's Health Care & Finance Practice Group, an industry group that includes trial lawyers and other lawyers from across the firm who serve the health care industry.
