I represent several insurance companies (American Family, American Modern, Integrity, Pharmacist Mutual, Triangle Insurance, Society, State Farm Mutual Automobile and State Farm Fire and West Bend),in defense of personal injury,torts, construction law and defects, products liability, professional liability and coverage litigation in Iowa's state and federal courts. Further I various local contractors in construction defect cases around the state. Further I represent Alliant Energy our regional utility company in all phases of their litigation.
