Stacy Fulco practices in the areas of Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality Litigation, Premises Liability, General Tort Litigation, Security Law, Dram Shop Litigation, Product Liability, Transportation Litigation, Property Subrogation and Appellate Practice. She has extensive experience handling business disputes before suit, during discovery and motion practice, all forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as through trial and appeal. In addition to handling litigation, she assists clients with vendor contracts, employer’s liability issues and workers’ compensation lien recoveries. Stacy regularly provides presentations and in-house training to clients, in-house counsel and claims/risk managers and examiners.
