Practice and Personal Background

I graduated from St. Olaf College in 2007 with a BA in Psychology. I attended Creighton University School of Law for my first year of law school. I then transferred to the University of Dayton School of Law to complete my law degree, because Dayton offered an accelerated program for qualified students to complete their law degree in two years. I graduated from the University of Dayton in May of 2011 and began practicing law with the firm Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia. My wife and I moved our family back to Colorado in July of 2015, at which time I joined the law firm Dickinson Prud'Homme Adams as a Senior Associate. Shortly thereafter, I became a Partner at the firm Dickinson Prud'Homme Holway Hoffman (later Dickinson Prud'Homme Holway). Approximately two years later, our firm joined Jackson Kelly, becoming the Denver office's health care litigation practice group. I currently lead all recruiting efforts in our firm's Denver office; I co-chair the firm's joint health care practice group meetings; and I supervise and mentor the Denver office associate attorneys and summer associates. I am a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Attorneys National Trial College, and I was recently named to Colorado Best Lawyers - Ones to Watch.
