Practice and Personal Background
I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (Magna Cum Laude) and Duquesne University School of Law (Pittsburgh, PA) (Cum Laude). My practice focuses in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation (representing insurers), and complex commercial litigation. I am an active member of DRI and have held numerous leadership positions within its Insurance Law Committee, including serving as Program Chair for the 2023 DRI Bad Faith and Extracontractual Liability Seminar. I am also active in the Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA) Bar Association, including currently serving a three year term as a council member for the Federal Court Section. I have written and spoken on numerous insurance coverage and bad faith topics both locally, state-wide and nationally.
