Practice and Personal Background

Pat’s practice involves the defense of transportation, construction and complex personal injury claims. Pat has represented a diverse range of clients, including regional and national transportation companies, international hotel brands, asbestos manufacturers and numerous other commercial and consumer manufacturers. Pat is active in both professional and bar-related activities. Currently, Pat is the President Elect of DRI – Lawyers Representing Business. DRI is the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Prior to becoming President Elect Pat served on DRI’s Board of Directors. Pat is a former chair of DRI’s Products Liability Committee and served on DRI’s Law Institute, which is responsible for implementing educational programming for the organization. In addition to his work with DRI Pat is the former President of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, an organization of civil defense attorneys, executives of insurance companies and self-insured corporations. Pat is also an active member in the Transportation Lawyers Association. Pat has also served on the Alumni Board of Directors for his alma mater, The University of Scranton. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for all of the Philadelphia professional sport teams.
