Practice and Personal Background

Personally, I have a relatively varied civil litigation defense practice that includes appellate practice, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and OSHA. My primary area of practice is personal injury defense, with emphasis on trucking defense work. I have 19+ years of experience in handling various defense matters. I have participated in 60+ mediations and/or arbitrations. I participated as either first or second chair in eight trials over the course of my career. I have handled and settled hundreds of matters and obtained many summary judgments, both full and partial for HAHS’s clients. The cases I have tried have been wide-ranging from trucking, mishandling of a body, premises liability, negligent disclosure of private information, professional negligence to a probate trust disagreement. I also participated in the [ADC Trial Academy in 2013.
