David W. Zizik is an insurance coverage and bad faith defense attorney who has represented clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the New England Region for over 35 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Coverage and Counsel, has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory ("AV Preeminent"), was selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, and is listed in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. David has served as Minority Counsel to the Rhode Island Senate (1981), President of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) (2013-2014), and as a member of the Board of Directors of DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar (2012-2015).
