Hayes Fuller is a partner with the law firm of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC, in Waco, Texas. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a Certified Third-Party Neutral for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. His current practice frequently involves questions of federal and state, procedural and substantive law associated with the vehicular, insurance, premises liability, strict tort liability, wrongful death, and toxic tort claims. Most recently, he has been involved in defending complex, multi-party cases, including industry-wide class action and numerous toxic tort/asbestos cases. To date, he has tried approximately fifty cases to verdict and, since 1995, successfully mediated over seven hundred and fifty civil disputes. Mr. Fuller is a 1979 graduate of the Baylor University School of Law, where he has taught courses in civil discovery and insurance law. He is a past president of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and a current member of the Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
