Practice and Personal Background

I have been practicing for the past 18 years exclusively in the insurance defense trial/litigation industry. I serve as the Managing Partner of our Firm's Jacksonville, Florida office and have held this position since the launch of our firm in 2014. I am currently an instructor in the School of Transportation of the CLM Claims College Program held yearly in Baltimore, Maryland. I am also a member of the Themis Advocates Group, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Trucking Industry Defense Association, and the Jacksonville Claims Association. I am a Certified Litigation Management Professional obtained through CLM's LMI Program held in Chicago at Loyola Law School. I regularly present accredited seminars to the claims industry on topics such as trucking litigation and trial defense strategies, bad faith claims handling, and claims professional ethics.
